If we are part of a publication that hasnt been published yet, but will be published by the end of the year, how should we word that on our eras application? And do publications make a huge difference in the process? thanks

"accepted for publication" with the journal name will work.

publications NEVER hurt (uless you make them up). Please please be ready to discuss you research work. Nothing looks worse than not knowing what is going on

some specialties pay a lot of attention to research, like neuro. others just don't care, like FM.
