hi guys
what can i do???
i study IM perfectly then when I study another (surgery , obs.....) i found my self forget a lot of my study
please help me

Hi dr.ayham

well I don't think that you have any problem at all.
it is completely normal that when you start studying another subject that you FEEL that you forgot what you previously studied..., and again this is normal and when you start revising what you studied before you will find then that you didn't forget any thing,
the information just kept in the back of your mind to be recalled when needed.
and when studying a new subject ,your mind has to keep what you studied in the back of your mind [ not forgotten, but kept] so you can gain more new information and learn new things.., and when you study another new topic this will happen again and again.
you don't forget them.., they are just kept away from the field now so you can learn a new thing.

now my advice to you is to concentrate on what you are studying at the moment and leave what you did already study behind and be sure that what you studied well will not go away, but your mind is keeping them in some place so you can concentrate on something new and when ever you need them, you can just refresh your mind with some revision and you will find every thing you studied just there.

don't keep thinking of what you studied as this will distract you and you won't be able to concentrate ..., trust your self and your mind and pay attention just to the moment you are in , and then the revision will take its time later on.
