#7- C. bs influx of Na is minimal on the top of figure due to the membrane potential is close to sodium equilibrium potential. Na channels are closed and on the graph it is the beginning of repolarization there is rapid K efflux. Peak of K conductance will be by the mid-repolarization. #15- I think B.

Hi nnl i just joined the forum and i also did nbme form 1 yesterday, i was so pleased to find a list of the right answers. The problem is that i saved the questions but the sequence of my questions does not match the answer sequence listed above by you. Does this mean that the nbme people change the sequence of the questions every few days ?Is there a way I can get the list of questions in the same order as you have answered the 4 sections so that i can check my answers too and participate in the discussion. thanks dallas

Give One Form Online for ur assessment if u want I havent given any of them online i have Scored somewhere between 30 to 36 to 43 per 50 questions. Some places i have really sucked at it but i didnt do any preparation for them specifically so after each form i did a lot of studying before giving them. the Results got better n better.

the mucosal tear that you are thinkin as a tear should have fibrin clot ahering to it... there is a different place for clotting if you see the picture.. secondly the tear is usually longitudinal.. NOT HORIZONTAL thirdly... mallory weiss is rarely fatal...it is usually in 60-70% very minor... fourthly ... for USMLE... usually there is history of vomiting although accordin to many studies the typical history of vomit n retch is only in 30-50% but STILL...they have to give the clue... lastly... LARGE AMOUNTS of HEMETEMESIS is associated with variceal bleed.. you have to pick the MOST LIKELY... not WHAT CAN BE THE ANSWER

U scored 800 and u still feel bad like what are you trying to say over here. Dude you have the maximum score and you are still complaining wow. Try all the NBMEs and if score 800 in them then simply go and give the exam and stop 2nd guessing urself
