which day of the week best for CK exam?

i have heard that reporting of CK and step 1 scores is done on Wednesdays. is that true ? and what day of the week is best to give the exam(someone said Tuesday) so that the score comes at the earliest. this is important for me because i have hardly 7 or 8 weeks for prep time for step 2 and every day will count. so if i can take exam on the last day of the 'cycle' i will get max time to study and get my score on time. any ideas ??

If you sit for the exam on Friday, you probably will get your scores reported only after 4 weeks (instead of 3,if you give it on Thursday). I guess I was not clear...
