1. It looks like there is very limited time for writing the PN, can I omit FH, or may be SH or sexaul history on the note if there is nothing significant? Or do I need to type out the format such as FH:, SH... anyway?
2. Can I add the physical exam that we forget to perform though I am not supposed to? I am just thinking this type of manipulation will help gain a few points and some time if it is OK.
3. Can I use the abbreviations present on FA and UW but not on the USMLE provided sheet?
