It took only one month from me sending them all the documents + online application, till receiving a scheduling permit from ECFMG. So maybe in middle of June? Not sure if it differs for students.

June! Oh. I thought sooner. When I register, do I choose any 3 months on the map or I'm stuck with the up comming 3?

You will be able to choose from any 3 months combination, not just the upcoming 3 months The online application is very intuitive. As I said before, in my case it took only 1 month from online application ( here in US ) till receiving scheduling permit . As I also worried it might take longer, or if something goes wrong, I think most of us here, apply for this reason too early, than they postpone, till run out of eligibility period. If you are really sure about the Sep, and for peace of your mind, you can apply earlier than June.

Read 30 pages of Microbiology MRS.
I'm reading Behavioral Science HY on the side. I like Barbara Fadem very much (her writing that is!). Excellent book.
I started listing to Dr.Goljan's audios, again. Step by step, until they are all done.

1-Finished my first read of behavioral science from HY by Barbara Fadem.
Till now this is my favorite USMLE Step 1 review book. I wish I found her behavioral science text book, too bad. By the way she is the author of BRS behavioral science too. If you have one do Not by the other. They are almot the same but BRS has Qs.
2-I listened to another audio by Dr. Goljan.
Till now lecture number One is the most informative! Though, the Cell Cycle discussion was really good.
3- Several Pages of Micro MRS
-Hopefully tomorrow Ill start Pathology BRS At last! I was waiting for this one

Thank you NNL for your visit. Yes, I decided to use BRS for Patho for several reasons. I can tell you that so far so good!
- Started Pathology, Read 50 pages from BRS. It looks like a very decent book!
- Read a couple of pages of Micro MRS. I'm getting a little bored from this subject. Parasites are coming up 
- Listened to Goljan lecture #4. It was OK

I want to thank you for being here for me. Yes, the micro is never ending, how much I hate this subject, more you read about the bugs, more they come. Like you think your are done, and suddenly you realize there is more of it, 1 you kill and 10 come for funeral. How did you like MRS, it is good reading, but I could not retain a much of it, the flowcharts are the way to go, in my case, and repetition.

I liked MRS cuz I needed a readable book for my first read. I still didn't finish my Microb. course at school! so I had no other good-choice.
Yup, repitition is the way to go. For me, hopefully later on.

- Read 50 Pages Patho BRS ... Immuno and Genetics chapters took for ever  ... ( I tend to hate and take for ever reading the topics that Im weak at - not good! )
- Read a couple of pages of Microbio
- Listened to two Goljan lectures: "mortality rates at hospitals tend to increase during July, August, and September. WHY?? Because of the NEW residents!" HAHAHA
