Don't we give naloxone thiamine and dextrose in all suspicious drug abusers in ER. a 7 year old with hypoglycemia and increase BAL.will we give jus d50 or will give thiamine too.They didn;t give thia in UW ccs cas (48).please tell me.

Because drug abuse of this age is rare, except some misuse of narcotics we should use Naloxone.
