Is there anything such as a "Behavioral Science text book"? I dont think so! But what can someone like me do if he/she doesnt understand the LN and feels that they are too superficial because he/she never studied such thing at school? confused

I have the DVD but i would like to have a more detailed book ... did you hear of any? or i just have to study each different topic from a separate book?

+ i think you all know that Bh. Sc. and biochemistry are the worst subjects that IMGs score on!

kaplan's "usmle medical ethics" helpful in pt-doc relations
BS Barbara Fadem good in other aspects.
Statistics - Kaplan lecture notes.

thanks -i think i never heard of the first one before- but arent these all review books ...

i've never seen textbook. and never heard.
also did search about 1 year ago - didn't find anything suitable for step 1

there is a book out there written by Conrad Fischer that is based on medical ethics.i had the book but didnt use it for step1 coz i had dumped it with my step2 books but now that i am going through it i have found it extremely helpful for bizarre cases and trust me,there are quite a few on the actual test so your concern is justified.

he/she never studied such thing at school=> u seem coming from part of the world i belongs to raised eyebrow

however did u hear of barbra fadem? she has 2 vreiew books HY & BRS

but she has also a textbook
