Yes you are totally right , even by exclusion Schizoaffective is the right answer, she has some hallucinatins but she's not isolated from the env. so she's not schizoid , beside all the labs reveal nothing particular for any endocrinological oroblem, so i guess itis schizoaffective disorder.
