The presence of CNS symptoms (confusion, disorientation, unsteady gait, etc) points to Heat Stroke.
(Heat exhaustion would not present with CNS symptoms)

Heat Stroke. inadequate dissipation of body heat
Increased core temp., CAN'T SWEAT! so skin is warm and dry.
They present with confustion, nausea, blurred vision, and sometimes seizures.
They can also have rhabdomyolysis with increased BUN and Cr. Treatment: IV fluids and rapid cooling.
