please some body tell me (who has experience) :i am IMG my usmle score unfortunetly step1 75(2ed attempt) in 2005 and step2ck 86 first attempt (i do"nt know how) i"d like to known do i have chance to get residency in u.s ...i have graduated 2002 ,(5 years ago) and i am GC holder after year i can be citizen ...

It's possible, but it also depends on what field you want to go into. As you know, the more competitive the specialty the lower your chances. It would help if you get some USCE for as many months as possible if you already haven't done so. I think your background also makes a significant impact. For example, if you plan on applying to IM and haven't done anything special (prior residency training, fellowship, research) then you have to ask yourself, what makes your application special/stand out. Start working on your interview skills now and apply early. Good luck

I still think it's possible. Just apply to a broad range of programs. Do your research and see which programs have img's and apply to those. Once again, practice your interviewing skills...i know it may seem early to do it now but it's not. Also since it's been a few years since you've grad. the program will probably want to know what you've been doing since that time.

I know a guy with the exact same score, also green card holder who is now a practicing internist. You can definitelt get IM, and I think you can get Peds too
