i just wanna know if many of you out there are studying for usmle while working full time.I'm gonna have to do that and just want to know what other peoples experiences of doing it this way are-i.e how long did it take to prepare and was your social /family life completely put on hold throughout..? thanks

I know that if you prepare full time you will need at least 4 months, I presume that studying part time you will require more time. I can suggest that you should try to spend your study hours away from home in a quiet place... family (specially if you have kids, can be very distracting). What you are about to do is very hard... I wish you best of lucks!
