It ca be very difficult to tell who is actually a nurse and who is a nurse technician or nurse assitant.
That's deliberate on the part of the management.
it makes appear that the floor is well staffed with nurses.
Go around and find out exactly how few RN's there are
You'd be surprised.....

I used to work as a nurse assistant during premed1, here in DK its pretty easy to tell us from nurses just from the appearance. Nurses get to wear customized uniforms and we wore something similar to patients clothing, often it doesn’t even fit. heh i cant help that I have big biceps wink

It’s a great source of knowledge especially if you work in a neurological clinic. You have the opportunity to follow a patient a whole day and observe they behavior, something doctors don’t have the time to do.

That is so very true that Doctor's don't really spend that much time with patients.
