i have heard first aid is like the bible of usmle pls how can i combine it with (say like) kaplan. do i read it b4 or after each subject or read it first as a guide to what to know and what not to focus on. also, im on biochemistry and do i have to remember all the coenzymes and thier enzymes, the pathways and deficiencies??? please HELP!!

 for bioch.= mayor enzymes, mayor pathway, mayor disease, build up and defeciency, IM SLEEPY

The more you memorize...bigger chance to ace the exam... Goljan's advice. Use FA the way that you feel most comfortable... after or before, everyone have a different opinion. Good Luck
