40% on UW is indeed a low score... however UW is more a study tool rather than an assessment tool...
take an NBME exam - this is a good assessment of test performance... assess your weak area and restudy this material...
do more questions! whether you repeat UW or go to another qbank like kaplan is up to you... as long as you do more questions, and review all answers - right and wrong
good luck!

Hi every one, thanks for all the advice,
I finished UW with an overall score of 56%, I did all inclusive blocks all time, and write down every pice of information needed to get right the Qs i got wrong, and also the lucky guesses, i studied those notes and the kaplan notes and im doing UW again, socring in the 70s up to 80, my question is if that means something or the second round is not predective at all, any advice on that? Thanks

Yes, it means something:

1-You're getting used to the question format (which is excellent, since the real exam is similar)
2-Your study is working
3-We can't completely disregard the fact that you're getting some questions right because you already know it from previous attempts.

But I do believe the overall result is excellent.
