in history taking abt surgeries in past does that include any procedures, tooth extraction ?????

I believe not if you mean dental surgeries, unless it is somehow related to the patient’s current medical problem (e.g., endocarditic, facial palsy, pharyngeal abscess). If it’s the case, you got to mention to that in you HPI. Ramin

yes why not..tooth extraction or any incision& drainage all count as surgery...not cleaning or polishing of course
