The UW world qbank is really painful, I finished Kaplan notes 3 times, I even wrote almost all IM but my scores are fluctuating enormously.. Sometimes the exam is easy & others I don't have a clue, a lot & I mean a lot of material from outside Kaplan my scores are ranging 50-70% (sometimes 80)but my cum score is 53rd percentile, I know I only finished 21% but I'm really worried, I'm trying to review my mistakes & of course the lucky quest I get right but it just doesn’t stop.. Basically what I'm doing now is going over a chapter, studying the few topics I left behind(esp those rare weird ones in Ped, they seem to appear a lot on the quest as if the bank is telling you its imp) then solving exams of 10-20s in each chapter. When I was almost done I solved 2 blocks of IM & i scored 55, 58% respectively.. I don't know if I'm going the right way or not & are my scores good or not, so I'd appreciate any advice...I really need it Thanks & good luck for u all

Use it as a learning tool, don't stress over the result. Keep doing what you are doing, be optimist because you are learning. Once you are finish, try the NBME.

Hit the books hard before trying more questions, you are wasting them. You can improve a lot in a few months.

You are low borderline, how long do you have to study? Are you writing down little reminders to be read during the last 2 weeks? I think that's a good aproach, things tend to stick better when you write them.

2 months or 45 days before test, 1 month subscription, study 200 questions a day, repeat and study wrong answers/"right guesses but not sure about them" (mark these) after you finished once, write down important details to read during the last 2 weeks, you'll be fine!

There's no right/wrong way to do UWorld...do it however you feel benefits you the most, not the way others do it. I personally don't recommend doing more than 2 blocks a day, but spending LOTS of time going over the explanations, and reading up on every topic that has to do with the question. I say start UWorld EARLYYYY. Use it as a learning tool.

Well , the more time you subscribe the more questions available and the more new questins u can see , i guess the difference between one and 2 months isn't that great sum ..... my advice is to subscribe 2 moths prior to your exam , finish 2 blocks a day ( 100 question ) and finish uworld in a month then revise your uw notes and do an nbme ... then revise your weak points from books and then do uworld again but faster ( 200 questions a day ... i guess u did it before!!!! ) This will give you good exposure and fine infos in the exam. God be with you. and hope i gave you good advice
