overall good....
my bad part:
i was able to correctly diagnose only 5 patients....and even out of these patients i did not send the labs correctly for 1 patient.....made a lot of cuttings in the dd part and labs......

rest of the exam is just a "joke" if you have good english....

if i fail (God forbid) it will be due to the notes... i mean the dd and labs part....

i always came out earlier even in all the neuro cases...i had extra time for notes, even then, i was unable to write related dd and related labs...

i just wrote the ususal CBC and other unrelated silly exam like electrolites. (i had practiced FA mini cases thou but i guess i should hav revised them three times)...

Many people who passed (including me) left the center with the same feeling. I can't guarantee that you've passed, but rest assured this is a normal feeling...

by the way there was one case which is not in uw or FA or Kaplan.....but it was not difficult thou....i did history and exam almost right but was little confused about dd ...i guess ppl who take step 2CK first must do better in relation to dd i mean

sorry for the late reply...my center was philli....
i hav a gut feeling that philli center gives difficult cases as compared to atlanta

good luck and keep us posted on your final result...
I am a bit surprised to see that you wait for more than 2 months... I thought the resulst is available after 6-7 weeks... confused

thanks guys....thanks for your support...i wish you a lot of best luck in your exams and life....

i was very afraid about the ICE part...i had not started to study for step2 when i took CS so my knowledge was very poor....
i know i did very good acting infront of patients and my engish is good .....and i really took care that i looked very professional on that day...as people told me its alll about how good acting you can do infront of the patients......i remember with two or three of my patients after councelling and stuff i even told them "my nurse will be with you shortly and give you some pain medication, she will be right here..."

but God i was afraid about those notes that i wrote in my ugly writing.....did so much cutting in the dd part as i couldnt decide which one should be written first......and honestly i wrote the same labs all over again for all patients....CBC, Electrolites, Abdominal USD, CT, ...i even wrote only 4 labs in few patients instead of 5....and i an patient of obvious hearing loss i didnt do any audiometery....just the same labs all over again(except abdominal USD)

anyway thank God i passed....now back to step 2 study confused
