NSIM of Primary HA or Conn SD ?
1.- Medical TX first to decrease risk of Sx ( potassium-sparing agent such as spironolactone )
2.-Surgery ( main therapy for Conn syndrome) Laparoscopic adrenalectomy
Secondary Hyperparathyroidism cause is more complicated , you must look for primary cause and correct it depends on the disease like cronic renal failure ect....
