I would say : Endometrial Cancer
As for DM ( it 's for the Obesity ) not really DM itself

They are both complications but the increase in endometrial cancer is increased long term also the risk of breast cancer is increased due to unopposed estrogen Big Time

PCOD--->unopposed Estrogen---->higher risk of endometrial cancers
Obesity--->Unopposed extra glandular estrogen + Insulin resistance----->Risk of DM & Endometrial cancers

Well, I also think this is DM.
In PCOD estrogens aren't opposed by progesterones but opposed by androgens. In general these Pt suffer from oligo-/amenorrhea...
