We all know that almost all programs who ever took IMGs in offer only J1 (or maybe just GC holders), so I've got 2 Qs :
1. Does anybody know of any prog which offers H1 for ER residency ?
2. Is there any scope for a waiver jobs in ER after a residency on J1 visa ?
Please post ur experiences, views and comments.

seriously though, i dont think we as imgs can afford to rule out programs based on the the type of visa they sponsor. ask them and try to convince them to give you the H1.
dont worry if you only get a J1. there will be ways to avoid going back to your country.
