Guys This is a very Misunderstood, Misworded and Incorrect Question which was totally missed by all of us including me cos i didnt look at the exact wording and pick out the fault.

The Question asks Dry Mouth Which is a classical Sign of Sympathetic Excess and Pupillary Constriction is a Sign of Parasympathetic Excess.

The Only things i know or lets say now know that Opioids can lead to such states but that is even not yet fully documented.

The Only Reason I ask the Members of the Forum to be very Careful when they post the exm question cos there is a greater possiblity that the person who got the question perceived the question in a very different way than the ORIGINAL QUESTION Was MEANT TO BE.

SO IF WE R Kind Enuf to Inform Others that this is a Real Exm Question then there is very good Chance that some of us can review the question itself before Wrecking and Whacking our brains over the options provided.
