need a practical advice to smash step 2CK in two months of preparation time...
will be greatful if u guys help me to chose right study material and questions for this short time.

I am thinking of doin the same and have been readin posts to find the RIGHT material. I think kaplan notes , FA, UW and kaplan QBANK is a sufficient basic material. besides we wont have time to do more. GL to U

Agree with jaisiyaram-Guess the essentials are Kaplan notes and UW , FA for last minute review- or if you have your own notes (fromUW+Kaplan) even better
It might be difficult even to complete both UW and Kaplan notes in 2 months unless you study full time or are just reviewing stuff (recent graduate, in touch with Int Medicine, then easier)
Just doing Qs from UW doesnt help, you also have to read and review the explanations, I calculated approx 100hrs for UW alone- Kaplan notes depends on your background(good student , recent grad, if you remember your basics, it goes quicker)
Look at posts by askdoc ,mymeghji, there are also posts by people who did it in 1 month with 99!

 a friend of mine who got his permit day before says there are no dates available till sept for ck in india ie till 3 months frm now. its discouraging me

Jaisiaram,Try everyday for a week. You will get it. People block the dates and postpone later.
