Strong points ..USCE with US doc..Two excellent LORs
Weak points.. .Low score at Step 1 3rd attempts
step 2 ck and cs second.attempt.
Old graduate more than 8 years
Need J1 or H1
Hope Trying to pass step 3 with a very good score before
september
Speciality General surgery or
any advice to help with my choice will be welcome..Can have LORs from family medicine, psychiatrist or internal medicine but not US lors

You may have a chance with your US LORs..Write a good PS...Pass step 3 with a good score and don't go for the top 10 and THAN PRAY AS CRAZY..GOD WILL HEAR

I would say surgery will be close to impossible...
Go for IM, FM, Peds, Psych...
Work hard to get good score on S3...
Make an impressive PS..
Apply smart, try to get a rotation in the place you apply...
Pray and believe...
