I THINK IT MAY BE (B) dec renin following administation of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor

can't be because ACE inhibitor results in increase renin....and ace in hibitors are not suitable in this instance as they would badly affect the renal hemodynamics in the stenosed kidney...

I do agree with ssrpk ACE inhibitors block enzyme, so everything upstream will be increase. renin is incr., angiotensin 1 incr., angiotensin2 decr. aldosteron decr., bradykinin incr. it's D
