Ok in kaplan internal it says fresh frozen plasma is not useful for vWD, but in peds it names it as one of the treatment options. Any ideas which one is correct?

Well , you have a good point, i think plasma is not effective in VWD becouse it is deficient in platlets which is a good source of VWF.
