This may be an easy one, but I wanted to assure myself that I had chosen correctly.
Nucleosomal gaps represent which of the following regions of DNA?
A) A/T-rich regions of DNA
B) Intron/exon boundaries
C) Linker regions of about 50 bp that connect nucleosomes
D) Termination sites for transcription
E) Transcriptional regulatory regions
