Kidney stones less than 5mm can pass with fluids, also you use ct to see it.

Im doing 100 questions from q bank about surgery. Again they seem very simplistic but for someone that has no clue or have not even touch a surgery book I think is aceptble.
No money for UW, I heard they put many new questions and concepts.
Let me go back to my bootleg questions and keep lauging at kaplan questions

I want to make an unofficial annoucement in my journal
TODAY
July 02 at 8 21 pm my IQ went up 40 points.
It is not the same to call the devil than see him coming.
Sometimes we go into denial because the truth is very VERY painful.
We cant change the feelings of someone or make them act in a certain way. We just need to accept them as who they are and try to help them improve their quality of life.
At the end, wanting someone to treat you,look for you or care for you they way you would like is a waste of time. This I have learnd the hard way.
At the end follow your instinct.
I said once that love make you stupid and that actually was confirm by some research they did about it. love and inteligence do not mix very well.

I heard the lipids from the video
did 20 questions from cardio from mksap 13 did very BAD
I will now read the answer for those 20 questions then either more questions or listen more videos

Medications that will lower mortality after and MI
1-Aspirin
2-Thrombolytics
3-B blockers
If you have MI with low cardiac output meaning less than 50 then you give
Ace inhibitors like captopril IT LOWERS MORTALITY
Patient can reinfartc in the hospital even with the best mangement
Not crush but also remember that to check reinfarction use CK-MB
Pericarditis gives you ST elevation, and is most commly because of cosakie virus
Not in crush but also remember to treat it with NSAID
UNSTABLE ANGINA HY
-ST depression
-Pain does not respond to tx of Nytroglycerin
-NORMAL CARDIAC ENZYMES
-Give heparin
Prinzmetal
also call variant angina
normal artery
tx with Calcium chanel antangonists

fibrosing mediastinitis

Cor pulmonale
Tricuspid regurgitation /stenosis
pericardiac effusion
Constrictive pericarditis
PE
restrictive cardiomyopathy

RINNE TEST:The Rinne test is performed by placing a vibrating tuning fork initially on the mastoid process until sound is no longer heard, the fork is then immediately placed just outside the ear. Normally, the sound is audible at the ear.
In a normal ear, air conduction is better than bone conduction , and this is called a positive Rinne.
In conductive hearing loss, bone conduction is better than airand this is called a negative rinne
In sensorineural hearing loss, bone conduction and air conduction are both equally depreciated ,rinne positive
In the Weber test a tuning fork is struck and the stem of the fork is placed on the top of the patient's skull - equal distance from the patient's ears, in the middle of the forehead - equal distance from the patient's ears or above the upper lip over the teeth. The patient is asked to report in which ear the sound is heard louder.
A patient with a unilateral conductive hearing loss would hear the tuning fork loudest in the affect
sensorineural hearing loss would hear the sound loudest in the unaffected eared ear
1 normal
2 conductive hearing loss in the left ear
3 conductive hearing loss in the rigth ear
4 sensorineural hearing loss in the right ear
5 sensorineural hearing loss in the left ear

Hola Gogeta, Chicos y Chicas 
Don't worry, that's all I am going to say in spanish  Oh my gosh, this journal has so many pages, I haven't read it yet but I am sure it is filled with lots of motivation and inspirational words to help our friend Gogeta to keep going until the end.
I have been preparing for CS but unfortunately I didn't count with my special pregnancy physiology  , I thought I was gonna be able to manage my body until later in the pregnancy but my bladder won first and I am not able to hold it for more than 20min and with that record forget it! , I am not taking my CS until after my little one comes, hopefully and with God's help by the end of september 
I decided to start my CK Prep, but first I am browsing to check the ck pals around, I have CK notes from 2007 but I have seen that Kaplan recently released new books, oh boy, good news is that only Ped seems to be a lot different, we will see. Happy to see you all guys.
Gogeta, nice nickname, so you go and get it
