Start using USMLE WORLD and try to UNDERSTAND each concept, also learn FA the same way you know your name.

so i'll post my study jouanal frm today hoping it will get me a bit organized n hoping to get inspiration frm u all..
weekend i cudn't do much ...
so today i'll do bs frm kaplan,,first 6 chapters and kaplan dvd ...
so the day begins for me now...
will post how much i read b4 i sleep

welcome to the race! its a long one and very strenous but i know its doable, try and write all uve done and what u need to do, helps in organization, be realistic and do all u can in a day, and im sure u will be fine!

good luck glycogen..I think a good reading after DVD's is essential.Also try do some questions.That way you know what to conc on more.other wise we just end up passively reading.

thanks eveyone for ur advices suggestions...i have a plan to finish my first read by the end of june..i have already done first reading of patho phsysio pharma. but still have a long way to go..immuno ,bs ,micro, anat,genetics..half of biochem except for the metabolism which i have done already..
now i'm just doin the lecture notes with the questions following after each chapter..but after my first reading i'll start q bank ,fa and usmle world..
will this work fine?
today i finished 4 chapters of bs frm kaplan along with the dvds..hope to finish the remaining 3 by tonight....

so yesterday i did 6 chapters of bs and audio,,got tired of bs ,,will try to finsn next 4 chapters with audio today...cudn't sleep well last nite ..so will have to take a short nap in the afternoon too...

Just my 2 cent , it is very good plan & order, go for it .
One thing keep in mind, do as much as possible each day, cause never know which day will have something comes up & will not study for that day or few days . BS can mix with other subj like heavy one immu or neuro Sc , if bore with same voice, teacher on dvd or audio.

good morning
i did the four chapters in bs yesterday as i planned to but got so bored with the stuff so frm today i'm planning to do som,ething else...may be a quick revision of pharma for a couple of days,,,
my god i still have a lots to do micro immuno genetics anat...
and my biggest problem is with memorizing...
god why can't i memorize ?? i tried to remember few things from pharma cvs yesterday n to my nightmare it seemed to me that i forgot everything i read....
shwehope99 thanx for the advice... i think i shud do bs with some other subject...so today i have to do cvs in pharma n chappter 11 in bs,

hey glycogen, hows studying going, seems like ur getting quite a lot done, thats great, im sure if u keep doing what ur doing ull be fine.... with regards to memorization, i guess a lot of pple have ways to memorize stuff, but i guess it boils down to familiarization, u have to go over as much as u can, for me i always find clues with the names to help me remb stuff, try to do that no matter how silly u think it is, find something, for example, Abciximab, i remb that mab of cos is for monoclonal Ab, but also it starts with "a and b" and so acts on glycoprotein 3a and 2b, its silly but i remb it, so try it, it might help......

2- defense mechanism
3- depresion and drugs that you use in depresion
4- Child development
5- Sleep physiology and pathology
Now thats easy now comes the 
statistics
Bias
prevalence,incidence and the entire gang
studies
Law and ethics, its not hard if you know the rules or the law.
Use kaplan, and go over Usmle world part for statistics.
