Chemo for SCLC usually involves doxorubicin that is toxic to myocardium. The Pt has dilat. cardiomyopathy, and will have accentuated (C)

doesnt it look like pericardial effusion with tamponade, intead of dilated cardiomyopathy

I think its cardiac tamponade... bp is so low... with raised jvp, an lungs are clear... its got to be cardiac tamponade so obviously there must be pulsus paradox - accentuation of the fall in systolic pr on inspiration... B

I think the ans is C The pt has distant heart sounds indicating a pericardial effusion especially with the hist of lung cacer(Remember conrad fissure when he said that any tumor in near by structures may cause it). Add to this elevated JVP----> will lead to elevated end diastolic pressure in left ventricle.. Plz correct me if i'm wrong
