cardiac- MI, Angina, Pericarditis, Aortic disection
pulmoary- Pulmonary Embolism, Pneumonia, Pnemothorax
Gastric- GERD, Esophageal spasm, cancer
Muscle and bone- costochodritis, musculoskeletal pain
pick 2 from suspected system and 1 from others...
eg; in a suspected case of heart problem put 2 or 3 from heart and 1 from others

RUQ:- Cholicyctitis/cholidocholithiasis, RLL pneumonia, Hepatitis
LUQ:- Inf.wall MI, AAA rupture,Splenic rupture
LLQ:-Diverticulitis, Renal colic, ectopic pregnancy,
RLQ:Appendicitis, renal colic, ectopic pregnancy
Q:quadrant
write all dd from the suspected quadrant and then write 1 or 2 from general
