I have the software for MKASP 14..I was going through it & it is very difficult, even more difficult than UW, but I came across a few quest that I found on UW..SO I don't know if I should go on & solve it or not, getting a correct ans on it is a breeze so I'd appreciate any help regarding this issue..

THe MKSAP 14 is for the IM board exam. Stay away from that.
There is another one called MKSAP for students. Those are the questions you want to look at.
There was a previous post regarding the MKSAP not too long ago...

Make sure you use either MKSAP 3 or newer version, because the Questions and Answers in MKSAP on based on clinical studies. And you might learn the wrong things if you use older editions.
(And yes the newer versions are different than MKSAP 1 or MKSAP 2)
