Yesterday was miserable, I studied only a few hours, with so many distractions. Hope this journal helps me be on track, and not waste any more time. Plan today is to do finish heme/onc rdg. and do more questions. Let's see...

qbank questions are killing me...there is so much to synthesize from each question, before answering. And these questions are too hard, even after reading the subject. what to do

Do what the Qbank people ask you to- use it to learn- It gets better with time- the results show only after a couple of weeks- have some fortitude as Conrad Fischer says!! Some part of Qbank is learning how to apply what you know and it helps you in your later revisions when you read a concept, you also immediately can recall how it could be tested- eg when you see an algorithm chart for say working up amenorrhea- it makes no sense until you read a case wher you have have to know whats the next step after a pregancy test

some of these UW q's are so long that i can barely finish reading the question before time runs out. its seems impossible at times to take the test, or something is wrong with my test taking skill. better practice more....
