hello i am an img.
my scores are like step1 91 and step2 ck 85.i am waiting for step2 cs results.i am also planning to give step 3 in july.
i have graduated a year back and have 1 yr clinical experience in india.
and now i am doing observership in nuclear medicine,also in neurosciences and brain imaging(south western univ4ersity texas) just from 15 days.i will continue it for 2 more weeks if this helps me.i will also probabaly get a good lor from them.i will also get an externship in psychiatry emergency.
so now i have lot of confusions regarding
1.shud i aim for h1b in neurolgy or im,
2.trying for nuclear medicine is a good idea but is it worth?many of these want transitional year or prelimanry year.and many dont participoate in eras.i dont know how shud i go from now.i know the pd of nuclear medicine very well./i also heard that getting job in nuclear medicine after residency is also tough.
3.i also know a pathology professor and he said he will get me externship there as well.shud i try for it?i have so many optins and have no clues as what do be done next.please help me in this
