while filling up the form they ask for whether you have attended any other medical school before? In india if our college gets changed in a month or 2 (same university) what do we do? do we mention the previous one?

you could mention any of the two names that ur university uses.when i graduated my medical college wasnt a university.it is now.but i gave the name as it appears on my academic documents.
