Splenic supplies the body and tail of the pancreas, part of the greater curvature of the stomach and the spleen. I thought the splenic branches supply the body and tail of the pancreas and not the head. Am I wrong? I'm going with E.

You are right.Head of the pancreas has rich anastomosis of superior and inferior pancreaticoduodenal arteries.Splenic artery supplies the body and tail of the pancreas. I will also go for E.
