A lesion of the anterior limb of the internal capsule on the right might result in:
a>. transcortical apraxia
b>.a drooping of the corner of the mouth on the right
c>. retrograde amnesia
d>.altered sensations from the left side of the face
e>.a left homonymous hemianopsia with macular sparing

it cannot be a,b,d and e

im not sure about c, but its th only one left.

i think its C

anterior limb of internal capsule-limbic system-memory-amnesia

im not sure but its more likely than the other ones
