B. drugs that increase survival postMI:
aspirin
clopidogrel
beta-blockers - decrease myocardial contraction thus decrease oxygen demand and risk of reinfarction
ACEI if EF<40%
statins
actually spironolactone increases survival in congestive heart failure and not post MI
