what to say for alcohol counselling in shortest possible way.
I am thinking about same 2 sentences for every kind of counselling.
e.g
"Mr./Ms ..i have noticed you--------As you might already know these can be really harmful to your health, i advice you to ...quit smoking/alcohol or practice safe sex."

for recreational drugs , alcohol, smoking ...........
"have u considered quitting ??? if patient says yes say "ok great , we have great support team that is willing to help u quit smokin, alcohol, drugs ( watever it is)
if patient says no .... " seems that u are not quite ready for quitting , but whenever u feel like i will b there in every step to help u quit it .
