7 yr old boy with renal symptoms of flank pain.
left nephrectomy was done, fig shows —dilated pelvicalyceal system with increased thickness of left ureter and pelvis.
Likely cause?
a)Interstitial nephritis
b) amyloidosis
c)nephroblastomatosis
d) renal cell carcinoma.

i think nephrectomy done to prevent wilms tumor....
associated with beckwith syndrome...
dont have much info about this disesase....was there any attached photograph or radiograph???
plz post...
