PULMONARY HYPOPLASIA,WHICH CAN ALSO RESULT FROM BILATERAL RENAL AGENESIS -ARROW-OLIGOHYDROMNIAS ,BOTH CONDIDTIONS CAUSE INCREASED PRESSURE ON THE FETAL LUNG.
