Post MI pt , episode took 6 months earlier .. had a CABG performed .. Comes to you for routine checkup. On physical examination the pulse pressure are as
LOW Radial pulses and HIGH Carotid pulses ..
What happened ..
A) Congenital Coarction of the Aorta
B) Post MI aortic stricture
C) Aortic stricture due to the graft
D) Normal finding after CABG procedure

im thinking graft stricture 6 mo after CABG would do it ?

stenosis of bioprosthesis doesnot occour so early
they are late complications...
i feel he or she is having congenital coactation of aorta...
not sure though.......
