Aldosterone increases serum Na that in turn makes the effective arterial blood volume to increase, and thus increasing renal perfusion. If renal perfusion is increased also peritubular capillary pressure is increased making prox tubule reabsorption more difficult and thus leading to increased load of Na to the distal tubule aand increased Cl excretion in urine. This mech is called something like "escape mech" and is the major mech to partly compensate for hyperaldosteronism.
