hi guyz, i m IMG, 2005 grad, having 99/99/92 in step1, 2, 3 respectively. but unfortunatly i have no observership or reserch experience, one frd of mine told me its becoming so difficult to get residency without USCE, so my chances of IM residency even with good score are slim. Is this true? i m so depreesed,i m trying to get some observership but so for its fruitless, is there any way i can enhance my chances of having residency next year....plz help...

hey man dnt scare us ..if u dnt get matched with such decent scores than i think the PDs have gone insane...i am an img and i know how hard is to find usce...i hope the PDs are aware of the situation that no university gives an observership position now adays..

Every year, great programs throughout the county hire residents who have never touched a patient in the USA.
