well lately we have been discussing some real Exam experiecne and some real grades, not that the others were less, but Im more into the people that scores in the 200 or that fail the test and have the courage and good heart to help people by saying what they did wrong.

People usually get their scores in 4 weeks. Why is it 8 weeks for you GOGETA ?

because the USMLE site says that they will give it out AFTER july 18

step 1 = 207/84
What I did wrong: did not give the test during college years or right after graduation, when all I did in life was studying. Well... it would be expired now, anyway...
What I did right: not giving up before trying, making the most of the little time available for studying and enjoying the process.

WAO drnaik you where so close that second time but have in mind that
1- you try
2- you made progress
3- you almost pass
On your second attempt did you knew that you fail after the test? you just did not knew how you did?
Im asking because of the way I feel right now, and please tell me the truth.

You got it, im planning to start my prep. once i finish my final exams ( in about 2 weeks ), i just hope it doesnt turn out to be much much harder than i assume, i think the problem isnt the text and facts but when it gets over whelming it really makes you frustrated, like how are all of these books going to stick in your small poor brain? hows your poor hippocampus going to process and organize all of that stuff? ... i guess the answer is simply to take it step by step, good studying habbits and good beddy bide for all those REMs.

GOGETA- the second time i really tht i wud pas... i was sure i wudnt get a 90 something... but i was sure of atleast 85. i was shocked when i saw my result.. coz the mean had shifted n i had no idea abt it.n believe me i wud be content wit a 75 though its considered bad. i know wat hell i am going thru studyin it for the third time.
guess u gave ur exam today.... now u tell me, how ur feeling?
may u get a 99.

GOGETA ... im really feeling for you, please pleeeeease relax and give your self a brake, this is only going to effect your health, try to relax, pray a little bit and try to enjoy a couple of days with your close ones. I cant imagine the pressure that you are in but i just want you to calm down and relax and have some good belief in God whom does not let down those who work hard and i believe that you really worked hard so wish and pray for the best but i beg you keep the pessimism a side.
