Can any one tell me what is the actual test for diagonosis?
IGF or Measuring GH after the glucose load
Kaplan say - IGF as screening and Gh after Gluc is cinfrimatory
UW says vice versa???

Screen with IGF, confirm with Glucose load.
I'm pretty sure this is what UW also says (because i just looked through my UW notes), so just double check UW.
If UW does indeed say say Glucose load is screening test, then this will be one of the exceptionally rare times where Kaplan is right and UW is wrong!
