Hello everyone,
Has anyone availed of the services of Victor Garcia and gotten the J1 at Ciudad Juarez? I am filing for a change of status from F1 to J1 and would appreciate if someone could tell me what all documents should I take with me to the consulate.
Also, Is demonstrating strong ties to my home country still a big deal since the stipulation for 2 years requirement in the home country is a part and parcel of the J1 anyway?
Would appreciate any insight.
