We have to advise in the conclusion about safe sex practices in a person who has multiple partners and doesn't use condoms. How about for a person who is monogamous but doesn't use condoms? For example a committed relationship or married couple??? What about homosexual females -How do we advise on safe sex practices there?

I think 1st case does't need counselling...atleast I was not thinking to counsel these.. & I think other one too doesnt need counselling... not sure in this one

may b can say something like " just wanted to let u know condoms have dual advantage firstly effective contraception and secondly protection from any sexually transmitted disease"...... u did ur job of counselling, all that matters rite...... hmmm abt homosexual female can just enquire about safe sex practices they follow..... i guess cleanliness and hygiene is imp in them ..... wat do u guys feel????
