what is the difference between branchial cleft cyst and cystic hygroma? how would you know to choose one over the other? besides from the fact that cystic hygroma is associated with turner's

I was recently diagnosed with a Cystic Hygroma forward/ontop of the arteries of my neck only visable as of last year and now 2.5cm x 5cm. It's one single well defined hard lump with smooth edges and extends up from half way down my neck to my jaw line, I'm 36 years old and have no syndrome of any kind. I know that's not common but the surgeons have no other explanation and are sure it's allways been there but only recently enlarged, the needle biopsy came back showing normal lymph cells.
Just looking at it it looks exactly like a branchial cyst excecpt it's further forward and is solid
