easy one....still can confuse many... yes answer is jejunum... carcinomas of small intestine very rare...if at all they are usually...intra mural and may cause obstructive symptoms....but never show up with mets in the cavity. even i went for pancreas for the first time....

i feel most common malignant lesion in git is adenocarcinoma....followed by lymphomas. but overall....benign conditions like polyps, hamartomas and carcinoids leave carcinomas far behind.
